Lusaka — Following the announcement by Honourable Felix Mutati, Minister of Technology and Science on 28th April 2026, regarding the postponement of the RightsCon Summit 2026, which was scheduled to take place in Lusaka from 5th to 8th May 2026, the Government of the Republic of Zambia wishes to provide further clarification on this decision.
