Mozambique: CAD Accuses CNE of Conspiring With Notarial Offices

Maputo — The Democratic Alliance Coalition (CAD), a grouping of nine Mozambican extra-parliamentary parties, has claimed that the National Elections Commission (CNE) is conspiring with the notarial offices to prevent its candidates from standing for seats in the provincial assemblies, in the elections scheduled for 9 October.
