Maseru – Tšenolo FM radio Lesotho presenter was attacked and badly injured when four unknown men walked into the station’s studios in Khubetsoana this morning.
The station co-founder, Mohau Kobile said, “We heard from our neighbouring businessmen that the station has been vandalised at around 11 am. The four men damaged the studio equipment and hurt the presenter who was on air.”
Kobile continued to tell Public Eye Online that the attackers allegedly took the presenter’s phones hence he was unable to contact the presenter.
“We can’t be pointing fingers this early, but the way this incident has happened is not so different from one that happened to The Mirror newspaper after Johnny Maseko wrote about Thabane (Prime Minister).”…
