Luanda — Angolan Jerson Emiliano dos Santos was distinguished this Thursday with the award for best referee in Southern Africa, in the first edition of the COSAFA Awards’2023.
In a ceremony held this evening, at the Sandton Convention Centre, in Johannesburg (South Africa), Emiliano’s score put him ahead of the Mozambican Arsénio Marengule and the South African Abongile Tom.
