Angola: Ombudsman Identifies Citizens’ Primary Complaints

Mbanza Kongo — Ombudsman João Manuel Francisco on Wednesday (23) in Mbanza Kongo City, northern Zaire Province, identified excessive pre-trial detention (remand) as the main complaint citizens present to the institution.
