Luanda — Angolan minister of Telecommunications, Information Technology and Social Communication Mário Augusto Silva de Oliveira Wednesday in Luanda challenged the State-run “Edições Novembro” News Paper to create a page devoted to training and educating people on responsible use of social media.
He is of the view that the creation of this page would focus on combat fake news, with a view to clarifying the damage they can cause in the lives of citizens, companies and the country.
