Cuito — In the scope of the 11th surgical campaign, 203 women with obstetric fistula problems may be operated on at the Dr Walter Strangway Hospital, located in the city of Cuito, central Bié Province.
The information was given by the hospital’s nursing director, Elizeth Vicente, at the time of the first day of surgeries, during which 27 patients have already been operated on.
She said that 35 health professionals are involved in the campaign, which closes on the 31st of this month.
