Tunis, Oct. 1 — Health Minister Mustapha Ferjani and Minister of Communication Technologies Sofiene Hemissi signed the “National Charter for Health ” on Thursday, in the presence of several ambassadors, representatives of international organisations and institutions, and healthcare partners.
The signing ceremony took place at the closing of the international digital health conference “Telehealth Connect 2026”, held in Tunisia from September 29 to October 1, 2026.
