Tunisia: Saied Meets Female Farm Workers On Women’s Day On Visit to Jendouba’s Mraïdeya

Tunis/Tunisia — On National Women’s Day, President Kais Saied made Thursday a dawn visit to Mraïdeya, delegation of Bousselem (governorate of Jendouba) where he met with locals, notably female farm workers.

Saied took cognisance of the concerns of female agricultural labourers and their daily challenges of transport hazards, poor wages and school dropout, in addition to the dilapidation of dwellings, reads a Presidency press release.
