Amsterdam — Mohamed Hamdan “Hemedti” Dagalo, commander of Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), has announced his “categorical refusal” to participate in any new round of negotiations in the Saudi coastal city Jeddah, vowing to intensify fighting.
