Sudan War – RSF Set Up Civilian Administration in Khartoum State

Khartoum — The Civilian Foundress Council in Khartoum, established by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), elected Professor Abdellatif El Hasan as head of the state’s new civil administration on Friday.
