Sudan: Teachers – ‘Separate Exams Will Entrench Division in Sudan’

Nyala / Khartoum — The Sudanese Teachers Committee warned on Wednesday that “the multiplicity of decision-making centres regarding secondary school certificate examinations, and links to areas of military control, practically opens the door to a divided educational reality, and indicates a de facto separation of the Sudanese state, even if it is not officially declared”.
