Libya’s revolution rape victims may finally be compensated

Tripoli – More than three years after the beginning of the uprising that overthrew Qaddafi, Libya’s rape victims from the revolution may finally be compensated.

Minister of Justice Salah Marghani announced in a press conference yesterday the approval of the Council of Ministers for the establishment of a fund for paying reparations to victims of sexual violence and other violence.
