Cairo / Washington D.C. / El Fasher — Sudan and Egypt reaffirmed the vital role of the Quartet, comprising the United States, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt, as the primary framework for ending Sudan’s war and restoring stability.
