Nairobi — The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has asked the court to allow it to detain lawyer Angela Mulwa for 14 days as detectives pursue investigations into the murder of Dr Victoria Nthunya Mutiso.
In court papers, the DCI says Dr Mutiso was shot dead on July 29, 2026, while seated inside a motor vehicle, registration number KDJ 609D, in Upper Hill, Nairobi.
