Kenya: Court Case Against Optiven Withdrawn After Settlement

NAIROBI — A court case against property developer Optiven Limited has been withdrawn after the company and the plaintiff, Peter Mulati Nabiswa, reached a settlement, according to a notice published in the Kenya Gazette.
