Kenya: City Hall Way Partially Closed Ahead of Sakaja’s State of the County Address

Nairobi — Police have announced a partial closure of City Hall Way between the Parliament and Supreme Court roundabouts ahead of Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja’s State of the County Address.
