African migrants trapped in Libya are to be urgently evacuated. The decision has been made at the African Union European Union summit in Cote d’Ivoire, which has come to a close. Libya’s UN-backed government has joined in the agreement signed between several African countries, the EU, UN, and AU. The migrants will be sent mainly back to their home countries.
