Britain remains in Kenya for the long haul

The modern-day relationship between the United Kingdom and Kenya is deep and abiding. We are bound together by strong ties that benefit both our countries.

  • In excess of Sh155 billion a year in trade, the largest partner outside East Africa
  • Military cooperation worth Sh8.64 billion a year
  • Sh16.34 billion in aid investment to help the poorest and create jobs, a 50 per cent increase in recent years
