The Sierra Leone Chapter of the West African College of Nursing (WACN) has received financial support from the Ministry of Health and Sanitation to carry out sensitization on the Ebola virus and to train nurses on care and treatment procedures of patients infected with the virus.
The Le75 million cash support was issued in the forms of cheques issued out to a number of nursing associations affiliated to the WACN.
