Vice-President Dr Guy Scott says the UPND is in a campaign mode and its leaders have been speculating about President Michael Sata’s health through online media.
Speaking in Parliament yesterday, Vice-President Scott urged the UPND to stop their campaigns in view of what they think is a looming presidential by-election.
“We have to reach a consensus to stop these campaigns by thinking there will be a presidential by-election. Honourable Jack Mwiimbu the other day was supporting the (Zambian) Watchdog, saying it is doing a good job.
