The SSS arraigned Mr El-Rufai on Thursday on charges of tapping National Security Adviser (NSA) Nuhu Ribadu’s phone call.
The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Thursday, postponed the hearing of former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai’s bail application, following his arraignment on phone tapping charges.
The judge, Joyce Abdulmalik, set 18 May for the hearing.
