Namibia: NamPower Warns N$700 Million in Unpaid Bills Threatens Finances

The Namibia Power Corporation (NamPower) says it is struggling to recover about N$700 million in unpaid electricity bills that are more than 90 days overdue, warning that the rising debt is putting pressure on the utility’s finances.
