Nigeria: Oil Theft – Tantita Donates Command & Control Centre to NSCDC, Says 15 Personnel Killed

ABUJA — No fewer than 15 personnel of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC have lost their lives over the years while fighting oil theft in the Niger Delta.
