Rwanda, Egypt Deepen Security Ties With New Police Agreement

Rwanda and Egypt have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Police Cooperation aimed at enhancing collaboration between their security agencies, including stronger mechanisms for the exchange of information and expertise.
