Nairobi — The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is rolling out new digital tools to make tax compliance simpler and more affordable.
Commissioner General Humphrey Wattanga said the 24-hour WhatsApp chatbot offers 15 services, allowing users to ask queries and file returns without visiting KRA offices.
He added that the authority is investing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics to further enhance tax management.
