Namibia: Caprivi Secession Resurrects – UDP Demands Self-Determination

Katima Mulilo — After years of dormancy, calls for the independence of the former Caprivi region – present day Zambezi – resurfaced yesterday after the banned United Democratic Party (UDP) staged a demonstration in Katima Mulilo.
