Nigeria: Umahi Identifies Greatest Challenge of Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, Announces Completion Date

“Let me state that this project is over 70 per cent done, and the contractor has not got funds up to 70 per cent.”

The Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway construction will be completed in January 2026, the Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, has said.

Mr Umahi made the disclosure during an inspection tour of the highway on Wednesday.
