OUTSPOKEN Democratic Congress (DC) Member of Parliament, Mokherane Tsatsanyane, and his brother, Moorosi Tsatsanyane, breathed a sigh of relief yesterday when High Court Judge, Fumane Khabo, granted them M10 000 bail each.
