Egypt, EU Seek to Strengthen Ties, Boost Economic Cooperation

Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs Ambassador Wael Hamed emphasized the need to maintain open communication between Egypt and Europe to strengthen their longstanding partnership built on decades of trust and cooperation.

This came during his meeting with a European Union delegation led by Stefano Sannino, Director of the Middle East, North Africa, and Arabian Gulf Department, and Annika Erksgaard, Director of the EU Economic Department.
