Nairobi — The High Court has suspended the Kenya National Examination Council’s (KNEC) decision to introduce a mid-year Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exam for repeaters and private candidates after a petitioner challenged it, citing a violation of students’ rights.
