President Mnangagwa has bestowed national hero status on former Deputy Chief Secretary responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation in the Office of the President and Cabinet, Cde Justin Mupamhanga.
He died yesterday at Arundel Clinic in Harare after a long fight against diabetes and high blood pressure.
