East Africa: Horn of Africa Forum Opens in Djibouti Amid Ethiopia-Somalia Tensions

Washington — Somali scholars, politicians and traditional leaders from across the Horn of Africa gathered in Djibouti on Monday for a three-day forum on strengthening regional stability.
