ANC government of the New South Africa one huge pyramid scheme

It is a pity that ordinary people should so often understand the symbolism of Iustitiae better than the exponents of justice. All over the world she stands, holding in her one hand the scales upon which the arguments of the prosecution and the arguments of the defense is measured. In her other hand she carries the double edged sword symbolizing the power of Reason and Justice. Iustitiae is blindfolded, because justice should be objective, non-partial….

That is how it is supposed to be in a organised, civilised state. Justice and judges should be there to protect the citizens of the state. South Africa is no longer a civilised, organised and righteous state. No state where a man is sentenced to life in prison for stealing cattle while a multiple murderer is released on bail and eventually (maybe) serves a sentence of 12 years for taking a life, can be called a righteous state.

Should judges be above party politics? No doubt. The court is not in service of the government, it should never be. Under Communist rule in the USSR the courts were abused to prosecute and massacre 34 million citizens of state. Under Nazi-rul in Germany the notorious Roland Freissler was appointed “Judge of the People’s Court” and changed laws to suit the punishment he wished to hand out. In all dictatorships the court was turned into an instrument of murder for the regime. The righteousness of a state can be measured by the unblemished reputation of its judiciary

This makes the statement by Deputy Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Dikgang Moseneke, on Friday even more concerning. At a public discussion on the land question, Rand Daily Mail reports, the Honourable Justice stated the following: “For a colonised people the most essential value, because the most concrete, is first and foremost the land: the land which will bring them bread, and above all, dignity”.

The Deputy Chief Justice obviously does not read the newspaper, otherwise he would have read the article on which we also reported here on Front Nasionaal Suid-Afrika last week. In the Marikana district the farm belonging to the Wolmarans family was recently expropriated and handed over to a community of black people who claimed prior ownership. In less than two years nothing was left – the well-run and prosperous farm is a desolate piece of land with nothing left standing. And now the new owners say: “But we never wanted land, we just wanted the money to the value of the land.”

That is what it is all about, Deputy Chief Justice. That and mathematics. Because if you have 100% and you have to divide it amongst 10 people, each will get 10%. That is a good basis for negotiation. Unfortunately black South Africa prefers to divide 100% amongst 10 people by giving each of the 10 also a 100%. And where do they get that from? Exactly – the entire ANC government of the New South Africa is one huge pyramid scheme and now land grabbing is the emergency blood transfusion to postpone the agony of final downfall – der groBe Untergang.

Of course, in order to expropriate the land, the farmer must disappear. Is it possible that farm attacks, white genocide could have something to do with this…?

Surely, the expropriation of land and the taking away of people’s property, livelihood and their very lives cannot ever be justified by law!

Justice Moseneke then carries on and is quoted as stating: “…the constitution DOES allow for expropriation and does not make land reform impossible. Neither the phrase “willing buyer, willing seller,” nor the logic behind it, appear in the constitution.”

In other words: Let us simply take the land like we want to, expropriate, disown, nationalize – call it what you want to, because the much revered constitution makes provision for it, according to the man who is supposed to serve the blindfolded lady with the scales and the sword.

Why would Justice Moseneke regard his service to ANC and EFF policy as so much more of a priority than his service to justice? Well the answer lies in this: During apartheid Moseneke had been a prisoner on Robben Island. While imprisoned he served on the disciplinary committee of the prisoners’ self-governed association football body, Makana F.A. While on Robben Island he obtained a BA in English and political science, as well as a B.Iuris degree. He later completed an LLB. All three degrees were conferred by the University of South Africa.

Once a party man, always a party man.
